Returns & Exchanges

At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be delighted with your knitting projects and garments. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a return authorization and receive the shipping address for our workshop.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items, including all original labels and packaging, securely in a box. Ensure that yarn hanks are untangled and wool remains in its original, saleable state.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package using a tracked shipping service of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping fees.
