Where does Biches & Bûches ship from?
All orders are prepared with care and shipped directly from our warehouse in France. We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our community can enjoy our wool regardless of their location.

Our wool is sourced from a family-owned traditional mill in Scotland. We focus on natural fibers and a rustic, Scandinavian aesthetic, ensuring high quality and a beautiful color palette for every knitting project.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened yarn within 14 days of receipt. Please note that digital knitting patterns are non-refundable once they have been downloaded.
Are the knitting patterns available in different languages?
